3年瘦43公斤,從人人笑稱的「林旺」變成了窈窕辣妹。一名25歲的大三年輕妹妹,因為
告白被拒絕,制服也穿不下,讓她決心要減去一身肥肉。不過持之以恆的方法,很難相信
竟然是一天吃5餐。
對著鏡頭猛擺pose,25歲的hanna身高164公分、體重50公斤,身材窈窕纖細,但很難想像
,3年前的她,曲線可不像現在這般曼妙。hanna上高中時體重94公斤,不但綽號是「林旺
」、「羅馬」,表白時還遭到對方譏笑「怎那麼自不量力,也不回家照照鏡子!」讓她下
定決心減肥,3年內減掉43公斤。
穿上之前訂製的褲子,當時腰圍42吋,現在則是25吋小蠻腰,hanna說她的減重法,就是
一天吃5餐,不過每餐熱量不能超過體重5倍。拉著減肥肉後鬆垮的臉皮還有手臂,hanna
開心不挨餓就能甩肉,現在瘦了下來,不但信心全找回來,還打算進軍演藝圈,一圓明星
夢。
對於hanna的減肥方式,減肥醫師指出,很多減肥的患者會採用不吃或吃很少來減肥,但
效果很難撐過一個月。他建議減肥者不如少量多餐,不要讓自己一直處在飢餓狀態,「55
減肥法」就是一天除了三餐外,加上下午的午點心、睡前2至3小時吃的晚點心,但須控制
總熱量,每一餐的熱量不超過體重的5倍。
醫生還舉例說明,例如50-60公斤的民眾,早餐可以吃香蕉、脫脂牛奶,熱量在222大卡左
右;午餐吃茶葉蛋、飯團,熱量265卡;午茶點心則79卡;晚餐控制在283卡;宵夜則是優
格加豬血糕195卡。
